Classes

Adult GI

This class is open to all levels of Jiu-Jitsu focusing on the art and self-defense. This class requires a kimono, rash guard, and belt.

Adult No Gi

This class is open to all levels of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. This class requires a rash guard and training shorts / leggings.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

We have two kids classes available, The Little Sharks and The Groms. Please contact us for further information about enrollment.

Open Mat

Open to academy members only. Members can wear either Gi or No Gi to participate.
